The International Journal of Human Rights and Constitutional Laws is an independent and unbiased quarterly publication solely dedicated to the promotion of our world’s human rights and constitutional laws.

This peer-reviewed and scholarly journal focuses on human rights situations and covers all aspects of rights activism and practice in light of the universal declaration of human rights and constitutional laws that transcend professional and geographical boundaries.

One can expect high-quality, original research papers (four issues a year) in English covering various aspects of human rights law, policy, and practice in their various contexts at global, regional, sub-regional and national levels. Reviews on books on human rights and constitutional laws and practice of the UN and regional human rights systems including those in the developing world will also be included.

International Journal of Human Rights and Constitutional Laws also strives to be a platform for expressing views on academic advancement and the interdisciplinary study of constitutional laws and the universal declaration of human rights. It invites government officials, academicians, students, human rights practitioners and lawyers, and individuals and organisations who work in these areas to contribute articles.

Note: All primary research articles published in this journal undergo rigorous peer review. Articles, reports, and comment pieces are fully assessed by the journals’ editors. They are available in both print and online versions.
